1 Week crash course

or once a week for 4 weeks

The life coaching crash course is everyday for 4 days where we will be covering different daily topics and breakdown all tasks to achieve your professional goals such as finding a job, apprenticeship, traineeship or even looking for a professional course.  Our missions is to raise consciousness and support everyone to achieve the potential and welcome everyone regardless their age.

Wellbeing sessions

Bend Reality Life Coaching approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a commitment to understanding your individual needs and aspirations. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and change, and I'm here to provide the tools, support, and guidance to facilitate that transformation. The well-being session are provided through breathwork, mindfulness and meditation

One to One support

Throughout the courses, when people need extra support for what ever reason whether they are special needs or struggle with different task, a one to one is provided accordingly and also at the end of every course, participants are followed and supported to achieve their goals.

New Monthly Zoom call coming soon

In order to ensure everyone is on the right track, a monthly Zoom call will be provided to all new participants and all alumni in order to share any updates or answer any questions.
